Coordinate and schedule multiple jobs simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and accurate detailed record keeping. Be the voice of the company, staying in constant communication with clients and co-workers to ensure the highest level of customer service. Enjoy identification with a group, participating in all production meetings, managing the schedules of the production department. Ability to multi-task is a must, as multiple jobs will simultaneously require attention and coordination. Perform routine office work, including filing, order preparation, running reports and daily communication with team. Support a strong leadership team.
